Because every iDoDesigns product is made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Personalized items

All personalized products — including notecards, gift tags, name labels, iron-on labels, kids stationery, and wrapping sheets — are final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items where the personalization details were entered correctly at checkout.

Please double-check all names, spellings, and details before placing your order. If you spot an error after ordering, contact us at shweta@idodesigns.ca as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error that was our fault (not an error in the details you provided), we will remake and reship your order at no charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue at shweta@idodesigns.ca.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Email shweta@idodesigns.ca immediately if you need to cancel.
