Where we ship

iDoDesigns ships within Canada only. We currently ship to all provinces and territories except Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), and Quebec (QC). We hope to expand to these provinces in the future.

Shipping rates

We ship via Chit Chats:

• Flat rate: $9.99
• Free shipping on orders over $75

Processing time

Because every iDoDesigns order is personalized, we require 2–5 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships. This includes reviewing your personalization details, editing the design, and producing your items. We do not ship pre-made inventory — your order is made specifically for you.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within Canada. Remote areas may take longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We may also follow up by email if we have any questions about your personalization details before producing your order.
