How does personalization work?

When you place an order, you’ll fill in the personalization details (name, text, etc.) directly on the product page. Once we receive your order, we edit the design with your details and review it before sending to print. You won’t receive a digital proof unless you request one — but if you’d like to see a preview before we print, just email us at shweta@idodesigns.ca after placing your order.

How long will my order take?

We need 2–5 business days to produce your order after it’s placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada. If you need your order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we’ll let you know if it’s achievable.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes — we ship Canada-wide via Chit Chats. Flat rate shipping is $9.99, and it’s free on orders over $75. We currently do not ship to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Quebec, but hope to add these provinces soon.

Can I order in bulk for an event or wedding?

Absolutely. We love event and wedding orders. Email us at shweta@idodesigns.ca with the details — quantity, occasion, timeline — and we’ll put together a custom quote for you.

What if I made a typo in my personalization?

Email us at shweta@idodesigns.ca as soon as possible with your order number. If we haven’t started production yet, we’ll fix it at no charge. If production is already underway, we’ll do our best to help but may not be able to make changes.

What materials do you use?

Our notecards are printed on 100lb cover stock — thick, sturdy, and premium to the touch. Wrapping sheets are printed on 80lb gloss paper (13”×27”). Iron-on labels use a heat-transfer vinyl that adheres cleanly to fabric. All materials are chosen for print quality, durability, and a premium feel.

Can I request a design I don’t see in the shop?

We’re always open to custom requests. Email us at shweta@idodesigns.ca with what you have in mind and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you charge GST?

Not currently. iDoDesigns is a small Canadian business and we are not currently registered for GST. This means no GST is added to your order at checkout.
