Where we ship

iDoDesigns ships within Canada only. We currently ship to all provinces and territories except Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), and Quebec (QC). We hope to expand to these provinces in the future.

Shipping rates

• Flat rate: $9.99
• Free shipping on orders over $75

How the timeline works

Nothing at iDoDesigns ships off a shelf — every order is made for you. Here's the sequence:

1. You place your order.
2. We prepare a proof of your personalized design and email it to you.
3. You approve the proof. Production begins here.
4. We make your order, quality-check it, and ship it.

Production time

5–14 business days from proof approval, depending on the product line. The window for each product is shown on its product page.

Production time is the time until your order ships. Delivery transit is separate and added on top.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are in Canada. Remote areas may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
